FN Introduces Updated Carbines for Law Enforcement

FN Announces New Carbines for Law Enforcement (FN America)

FN America have updated the law enforcement carbine offerings with the new FN 15 SRP G2 carbines, available with both 11.5 and 16-inch barrels and updated, extended M-LOK hanguards. The new carbines join the FN 15 Patrol SBR with a 14.5″ barrel and the older FN 15 Patrol SBR 10.5″, which has the older style Mil-Spec M4-style handguards.

The new FN 15 SRP G2 carbines feature hard-anodized aluminium receivers, a free float M-LOK handguard, with full length 12 o’clock Picatinny rail and five built-in QD points. The barrels are button rifled and the 16 inch has a mid-length gas system, while the 11.5 has a carbine-length system – both have low profile pinned gas blocks. The carbines are semi-auto only with FN’s Combat Trigger and Mil-Spec controls.
