Airforce Airguns and American Built Arms Company Announce OEM Partnership
Glen Rock, PA (December 2019) – American Built Arms Company (www.abarms.com), a veteran-owned, Type 07/NFA FFL manufacturer of firearms parts and accessories to the law enforcement, military and civilian markets, announced it has been chosen by Airforce Airguns out of Fort Worth, TX to help expand their line of pneumatic air rifles. A*B Arms will provide the butt stock, buffer tube, and pistol grip for their new R.A.W. HM1000x chassis air rifle.
“The air rifle market is growing and has an extremely loyal and dedicated following. A*B Arms was approached by Airforce Airguns to work with them to provide the “back-end” of their new air rifle chassis. We had already manufactured other parts for other rifle systems and this business relationship just made sense for both our companies,” said Adam Edelman, VP and Co-Owner at American Built Arms Company. “Our OEM relationship with Airforce Airguns is American Built Arms Company’s launch into the pneumatic air rifle market. We look forward to expanding that part of our business.”
The new Airforce Airguns air rifle chassis made its debut at SHOT Show 2019 in the Airforce Airguns booth #16127, and the A*B Arms Supplier Showcase booth #52118.

While to most this announcement may sound quite vague, it may be interesting to see top airguns been fitted with components designed by firearms manufacturers, such as the now-ubiquitous rifle chassis. Especially considering that some models, like the Texan pictured above, are approaching firearm level performance.

AB Arms' VFG is one of my favorites, but I use it mostly as a handstop. As a pistol grip, I'm not such a fan of. It's just a fair bit too small, ended up giving the latter away to a friend whose wife liked it. She's like 5' with baby hands, for context.
Air Force, for when you want 19th century performance without the smell and smoke.
