[SHOT 2020] Full Conceal M3D-S6

Full Conceal, who made big waves by releasing a foldable Glock, is releasing its newest foldable Glock, the M3D-S6. Why S6? Because it will be offered for sub $600. Sub 6. S6. You get it. Still based on the Glock 19 Gen 4, the M3D-S6 offers 21+1 rounds of 9mm in a folding package not much bigger than a cell phone.

    Full Conceal M3D-S6

The M3D suffered from the fatal flaw of not being made in house, and therefore having a hard price floor. Full Conceal told me that they purchased new Glocks for $400. You can see how that might make it difficult to put a low price on the M3D. After all, they’ve already paid $400, and have done zero work on it. No machining, no testing, no salaries have been paid, nothing. So the M3D-S6 is being made almost entirely in house.

Just like the M3D, the M3D-S6 will be a foldable Glock. Full Conceal told me they were primarily targeting an audience who wanted to be able to conceal carry, without having to worry about a holster, a good belt, or printing. Their M3D, of course, hit all of those marks perfectly. The new model, the S6, is a really tight looking piece of manufacturing.

The slide, barrel, and frame are all going to be either aftermarket or made in house. The frame is being made specifically for the purpose of being an M3D-S6, so it looks much more purpose-made than the older models. In addition, it will have far fewer hard angles or rough edges that might catch something on the draw.

A bunch of machining work is going to be done to round the edges on the slides, so these above pictures are not completely representative of the final product. Once that’s been done however, the final price point will be $599. Full Conceal is hoping to start manufacturing next week and start hitting the shelves within three to four weeks. According to the booth representative, orders are already being placed at their web-store, here.
