Crossbreed Holsters has always come to SHOT Show with some pretty innovative carry designs over the years. Their most famous holster the Crossbreed Supertuck is a very basic and solid holster. However, the Hybrid ST2 holster followed up on that with some more options like the adjustability of the angle as well as retention adjustment.

The Hybrid ST2 and the Microtuck holsters now give you the option to carry both IWB (Inside the Waistband) and OWB (Outside the Waistband). With just a simple change of clips in exchange for belt loops, the IWB holster is now ready to be carried outside the waistband.  The new holsters are basically a mating of Crossbreed’s two most popular holsters combined into one.

The holster will be offered in both Black and “Founders” colored leather. Kydex options will also be available in various colors with some special limited editions coming throughout the year.

Yet to be released, their new Shoulder Rig is also a hybrid holster meant for carrying over the shoulder. The Holster has extremely heavy-duty hardware, very tough and nicely padded leather to make it comfortable to wear all day if you’re out and about and carrying on your waist isn’t an option. So basically you have the comfort and durability of the leather reckoning system with the adaptability and adjustment of the ST2 in a Shoulder carried holster.

The Shoulder Rig should be available in about two to three weeks and cost between $100 and $110 once materials costs have been finalized. While some quick ship items are made ahead of time and shipped out to major retailers, most of their holsters are only made once the order has been made. Thanks again to Jenn Jacques and the crew at Crossbreed Holsters for showing me their new carry products.
