JSD Supply is a Pennsylvania based company that manufactures 80% Firearm Frames and aftermarket pistol slides, barrels and parts kits. Their latest two additions to their line of products are their 80% trigger pack inserts for the SIG P320 as well as the SIG P365 which will be coming out later this year as they announced at SHOT 2020.

Since the serialized part of the Sig Firearm is the trigger pack insert people will now be able to make their own, unserialized  SIG P320, X5, Legion, M17 and Compact pistols. JSD Supply also offers an engraving service if for those that want to have their completed trigger pack serialized. The 80% Insert costs right around $100 and the reusable jig is $150.

The Modular Universal Pistol 1 is compatible with current P320 “drop safe” upgraded parts and can be made into a 9mm, 40 S&W, 357 SIG, and 45acp (with slight modification). That makes it a versatile piece for different styles of firearms including Sig Sauer P250, Sig Sauer P320, and the EXO-1 Chassis system. It is also made from 316 stainless steel, so you know it will last for a long time.

SIG P365 80% Jig

I spoke with the owner of JSD supply and he was very excited to show me their new 80% insert for the SIG P365 Sub-Compact pistol. This kit will come complete with everything you need to complete the frame insert including drill bits, the jig and the 80% part that will complete yourself. While this product is not ready now, it should start shipping in July and will be about the same price, if not less expensive than the 80% jig and insert for the P320.
