Leading into SHOT Show 2020, Boyds Gunstocks, the South Dakota-based hardwood gunstock manufacturer, has unveiled a new, more-affordable replacement thumbhole stock dubbed the Spike Camp! This new thumbhole gunstock shape is designed with simplicity in mind, and looks to cut into the gunstock market at a value price that competitors simply cannot reach. This stock should be available as of today, January 15th, on Boyds’ website. The specifications for the Spike Camp can be read below as presented by Boyds Gunstocks:

The MSRP shooters are looking at for the Spike Camp gunstock is $99. The name of the game for this “essentials-only gunstock” is simplicity. The generous thumbhole opening is meant to be as comfortable as possible in your hands. The classic Monte Carlo comb aims to provide the best cheek weld attainable for every shooter. The free-floated barrel channel additionally looks to pull out as much accuracy out of your barreled-action that you drop into this gunstock as possible as well.
