KRISS USA To Release .22LR Vector Rifle And Pistol

The time has come. A .22LR trainer for the KRISS Vector is finally upon us. This is a project that KRISS USA had been working on for some time now. It may be due in part to their Defiance DMK22 rimfire rifle and pistol. Whatever the reason is, you can now get a KRISS .22LR Vector.

According to the press release, the KRISS .22LR Vector will be sold at an MSRP of $649.00. It uses a straight direct blowback system as opposed to the Super V vectoring bolt system of the regular .45ACP and 9mm KRISS Vector firearms. The .22LR Vectors will be fed by proprietary 10rd mags with 30rd extended mags available as well.

Both the rifle and pistol feature threaded barrels for suppressors. The carbines will have a 16″ barrel and a free float M-LOK handguard. I hope you can attach the Vector Carbine barrel shroud if you want to clone the full-size Vector rifle.

For those in banned states, the .22LR Vector should be good to go. At least in California, rimfire rifles are not subject to the ridiculous cosmetic assault weapon restrictions.

KRISS USA is pleased to offer a new caliber to the Vector line up, .22 Long Rifle. The new rimfire Vector will debut during the Shooting, Hunting, and Outdoor Trade Show in Las Vegas, Nevada from January 21-24, 2020 at the KRISS USA booth, #8003.

“We are very excited to add .22 Long Rifle to the list of calibers that the Vector is now chambered.” States KRISS USA Marketing Manager, Tim Seargeant. “The release of the Vector .22LR is an important milestone in the development of the Vector platform by making it more accessible to shooters of all skill levels and budget-minded consumers.

The KRISS® Vector .22LR will be available in carbine (Vector CRB) and stabilizing brace (Vector SDP-SB) configurations with three color options; black, flat dark earth, and alpine white. The rimfire Vector firearms feature a low bore axis and a linear blowback action that are fed with a proprietary 10 rounds magazine; 30 round proprietary extended magazine will also be available.

The Vector CRB .22LR model features a 16” threaded barrel, surrounded by an M-lok modular hand guard. Standard features include a picatinny top rail affixed with low profile front and rear flip sights, ambidextrous safety, and a 6 position M4 stock.

The Vector SDP-SB .22LR model features a 6.5” threaded barrel. Standard features include a picatinny top rail affixed with low profile front and rear flip sights, ambidextrous safety, and a SB Tactical® Stabilizing Brace.

The new .22LR models will become the most affordable versions of the KRISS® Vector, with a starting suggested retail price of $649.00.For more information about the KRISS® Vector .22LR visit the KRISS USA website at www.kriss-usa.com.

We will take a closer look at these come SHOT Show 2020 and hopefully get one in for review.
