POTD: The Proper Way to Shoot an M4 Carbine

Photo Of The Day – A Green Beret assigned to 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) demonstrates the proper way to shoot an M4 carbine. That’s a pretty nice rifle in fact, with a lot of nice toys mounted.

This happened at a range during the Red Flag training event in Flagstaff, A.Z., earlier in 2019.

During the event Green Berets mentored, trained and assessed the Arizona Air Force National Guard in order to improve various tactical and technical skill sets.

Bogus quote or not from Isoroku Yamamoto, but the saying “You cannot invade the mainland United States. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass” seems to have some sort of truth in it.

A Green Beret assigned to 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) calls in a helicopter to pick up a simulated casualty during a medical training exercise in Flagstaff, A.Z., August 12, 2019.
