Bul Armory BL9 Pistol Caliber Carbine – Yes, it takes Glock magazines!

BUL Armory is a privately owned Israeli manufacturer of M1911 clones, founded in 1990.

They are probably most known for their BUL M-5 pistols, and TFB fairly recently wrote about their Open pistol called the SAS II BULLESTEROS.

With the introduction and increased popularity of PCC (Pistol Caliber Carbine) style-rifles, Bul Armory wants a piece of the market with their new model BL9.

The caliber is, of course, 9×19 mm, and it takes Glock magazines.

    From the announcement:

Introducing the Bul Armory BL9 Pistol Caliber Carbine in 9mm. Our motto and mission is to deliver a “ready to race out of the box” platforms, and this is exactly what we did with our PCC.

The BL9 is equipped with everything you need, with it’s competition trigger, 14.5″ lightweight barrel, our shop designed compensator, floating CNC hand guard and buffer tube in various colors, ambidextrous safety and charging handle, an empty magazine bolt catch, a 45 degree optic mount and FAB furniture. And yes, it takes Glock mags.

At first, I thought that this was just a photoshop with the colors changed, but as you can see there are actually two different bikes. The red one being a Ducati.

We wish we did, but we have no information about pricing or availability at this stage.

However, Bul Armory have said they are going to have a 16″ US version, coming late in 2020.

There is a Facebook video with some demo shooting of the BL9, which I’m sure you will enjoy. Check it out here.

What do you think of the Bul Armory BL9 out-of-the-box ready PCCs?
