The Ghost Gunner 3 is here to keep your homemade firearm dreams alive and with newly added technology. Surpassing previous versions of the Ghost Gunner, the Ghost Gunner 3 boasts 5 times the speed, 2 times the build space, internal illumination and automatic leveling. Also set for 2020, the Ghost Gunner is purported to be able to produce AK-47 receivers.

Being a true desktop-sized CNC machine, the GG3 is perfect for those who’d rather avoid Federal regulatory overreach. The platform is capable of manufacturing AR-15s, AR-9s, Polymer80s, 1911s, AR-308s and AR-45s. The Ghost Gunner 3 is also able to engrave pieces with custom text and designs as well as serialize parts.

The Ghost Gunner 3 isn’t a “turn-key” solution for manufacturing guns out of thin air. The CNC machine still requires 80% receivers. However, you can easily obtain 80% receivers and Ghost Gunner also recommends several types of compatible 80% receivers.

Operating off of a standard 110/22V circuit, you can use the GG3 right in your home without any extra power equipment. The system is plug and play. Simply plug the Ghost Gunner 3 into your computer and install the software and get going.

With these new features Ghost Gunner 3 allows you to manufacture firearms with confidence and ease, in the privacy of your own home. The custom spindle is powered by a specially designed closed-loop digital VFD, which sets a new standard in desktop CNC machining. GG3 ships with code to complete 80% AR-15, AR-308, M1911, and Polymer 80 frames. All existing jigs are compatible with GG3.

The Ghost Gunner 3 will start shipping January 2020. To reserve a unit, it will cost you $500 today and the remainder of the $2100 total cost is paid at the time of shipping. At the time of writing, there are currently only 416 units available for preorder. Each GG3 machine is made to order.

My first 80% lower I attempted to mill out myself on a professional milling machine had to be thrown out because of my dumb mistakes – luckily, the Ghost Gunner isn’t dumb. So as long as you can follow some simple directions, use a wrench and install a program, the Ghost Gunner 3 has got you covered.
