Photo Of The Day – Today we take a look at a “featureless rifle”.
In this case, it is a T36KERSD with an AR magwell, which takes standard AR magazines.
The barrel is threaded to 1/2×28 and has a removable faux suppressor and the stock is pinned.
Here’s a nice Featureless option to get in the G36 game
So exactly what is a “featureless rifle”? I think a lot of people talk about it, but don’t know the details.
Remember that we at TFB are not lawyers (well, not all of us anyway), so if you feel insecure with your rifle please consult expert help in the matter.
Here is how Caligunner.com describes it. Note the DOES NOT:
A Featureless Rifle is the term used to describe a semi-automatic rifle that does not have any of the following:
A pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon
A thumbhole stock
A folding or telescoping stock
A grenade launcher or flare launcher
A flash suppressor
A forward pistol grip
Wikipedia also has a description on featureless rifles here.
