I am on the lookout for a new competition handgun, and the “new” CZ Shadow 2 for Production/Carry Optics looks like the hottest choice at the moment.
As any volume shooter knows, hitting your target consistently is all about having the best grip possible, and as I was doing market research about which handgun to chose I stumbled on what looks like a great product by a Slovenian company called Armanov.
Armanov is mainly focused on competition-related shooting accessories for rifles (mostly AR type, but also others) and pistols. They also have several clever upgrades for Dillon reloading machines, and they seem to be developing new stuff on almost a monthly basis.
Their new SpidErgo grips for CZ Shadow 2 and Shadow 1 pistols are “Made by shooters for shooters“. According to Armanov, they’re designed from the ground up for competition shooting, however, they’re suitable for a “working” gun as well (just get the black!)
They seem aggressively patterned and ergonomically contoured for a firm and controlled grip. And they don’t look bad either.
Here’s how Armanov describes them:

I haven’t ordered (yet), but it seems Armanov have solved and integrated the Europe vs USA shops very well.
