POTD: Nails & Oberland Arms OA-15

Today’s Photo Of The Day is Emmy’s OA-15 in custom Cerakote, and her matching nails.

The rifle is a semi-automatic Oberland Arms OA-15 with an 18″ barrel (made by Lothar Walther) chambered in .223 Remington.

The stock is a Battlelink minimalist and the sight is a Vortex Diamondback Tactical 4-16×44 FFP and reticle EBR-2C. The mount is from Vortex too.

Oberland Arms is a German manufacturer of AR15 rifles. You can find their Homepage here: http://www.oberlandarms.com/

Oberland Arms established in 1998 is one of the leading companies in Europe for premium semi automatic rifles.

Build to perfom, we allways look ahead. Our motivation is our passion for precision and enthusiasm for the perfect setup. Best example is our new line of rifles with M-LOK handguards in combination with Lothar Walther match grade barrels and forged receivers. (Source)

TFB has covered Oberland Arms before, for instance their Straight-pull and “naked” AR15 which were displayed at the IWA exhibition.

Stjernelund Custom Rifles did the custom Cerakote.

Thanks to Emmy. You can find her Instagram with more interesting photos here. There are some pretty nice suppressed handguns on there too.

What do you think of the Cerakote and the setup of Emmy’s rifle?

I think she’s worth an Emmy Award!
