For the month of April, we challenged our readers with a pretty broad category for the Reader’s Choice by asking you what is the “BEST Overall Accessory for a Rifle, Shotgun, or Pistol.” We received appropriate criticism that the category is indeed very broad which we will not disagree with. We at TFB slightly enjoy pushing your buttons and challenging you as much as you enjoy busting our chops. This month, we will have to admit, that you got the best of us. While the winner of the SB Tactical SBA3 Pistol Stabilizing Brace might not come as a surprise (which we will explain later) take a good hard look at the #3 position that is a direct result of you guys and gals; our readers. In previous months of voting, we have seen write-in nominations to polls crack the Top 10, but we have never seen a reader suggestion break the Top 3 like it did this month. This month we do not have the raw percentages or a larger list like a Top 10 to provide to you because our Poll went funky on us (probably hacked by Russians). So our apologies for that! We appreciate you engaging in our monthly Reader’s Choice polls and growing along with us as we learn and expand this all out.

All of the products except for maybe #3 we would assume our readers are familiar with or have at least heard. All are good products, strong warranties, and are very versatile to the platforms of a pistol, rifle or shotgun. The SB Tactical SBA3 Pistol Stabilizing Brace winning should not really come as a surprise. With the exploding growth of AR Pistols and products like the Mossberg Shockwave which accept braces, the SB Tactical SBA3 Brace is the most popular one in the industry to make shooting easier on those platforms.

For those who are unfamiliar with what the Tac Sac Accessory Rail Grip is (as if the name of the product was not enough imagery for you already), it is essentially a tactical scrotum you can hang onto similar to a vertical grip. If you ever feel like you cannot firmly manipulate your weapon system and if only you had something substantial to hang onto, just remember back to April’s Reader’s Choice poll where all you crazy gun toters suggested this lovely thing. Against all odds, it awkwardly climbed its way from our Comments section into the #3 spot. So congrats to the Tac Sac.

Very fair observation. I personally own a Trijicon RMR and use it on an EDC Glock so I would be a hypocrite to say you were wrong.
