Before the flood gates even open for Day #1 of the NRA Show 2019 at the Indianapolis Convention Center we have word from some representatives at Federal Premium of something very exciting: a Custom Shop for Ammo! Upon a customer’s request, you could have-tailored made ammunition for yourself by Federal Premium in Anoka, Minnesota.

This newly debuted Custom Shop specifically devoted to ammunition is not a literal shop you can go and visit though. This is a virtual shop that people can visit online for all of their personal ammunition needs. This will cover everything from rifle to shotgun loads that you may be in need of for your next hunt, competition or trip to the range with your family.

Some examples of TSS loads that could be produced for turkey, waterfowl or other upland bird hunting can be read below:

• TSS Turkey 10 Gauge 3 ½” | 2 5/8 Ounce | #7, #8, #9, or #10 Shot
• TSS Turkey 12 Gauge 2 ¾” | 1 ½ Ounce | #7, #8, #9, or #10 Shot
• TSS Turkey 28 Gauge 2 ¾” | 1 Ounce | #7, #8, #9, or #10 Shot
• TSS Waterfowl/Upland 12 Gauge 2 ¾” | 1 1/8 Ounce | #7 or #9 Shot
• TSS Waterfowl/Upland 16 Gauge 2 ¾” | 1 1/8 Ounce | #7 or #9 Shot
• TSS Waterfowl/Upland 28 Gauge 2 ¾” | 7/8 Ounce | #7 or #9 Shot
• TSS Waterfowl/Upland .410 Gauge 3” | ¾ Ounce | #7 or #9 Shot

Federal Premium will be able to produce a gauntlet of rifle calibers in unique grain weights as it is evident from the ammunition they have produced in box form over the years. Below are some of the more oddball, but slightly common cartridges you could request and they could easily fill:

• 26 Nosler
• .257 Weatherby
• .264 Winchester
• .284 Winchester
• .300 PRC
• 6.5×300 Weatherby
• .338 Federal

This obviously is only a small sampling of the potential they could produce and provide for consumers in the future. There is likely no other ammunition manufacturer company more well-equipped to create Custom Shop ordered ammunition than Federal Premium. Within the realm of rifle cartridges, there are a bevy of bullets that they will be utilizing:

Those are some of the most likely suspects for bullet tips, but once again, there is a whole paragon of other bullets they could deploy upon a customer’s request as well.
