Featured Deals of the Week Header

Hey all, welcome to another Featured Deals of the Week. As always, please let me know in the comments if you want to see more or less of any type of product in the deals.

    Springfield Saint 5.56 with 5 mags and a range bag – $619

Image Provided by Smoky Mountain Guns and Ammo

    What the deal is:

Pretty self-explanatory deal on this one. Springfield Saint 5.56 rifle, 5 PMags, and a range bag. The Saint has a 1:8 twist, mid-length gas system, and all Bravo Company furniture (stock, grip, handguard, trigger guard) which uses the Keymod system. Some people hate Keymod, so if you’re one of those folks, don’t buy it.

    Why it’s a good deal:

The Springfield Saint tends to come with a pretty hefty price tag just by itself. Most retailers have just the rifle for between $600 and $750, with many getting up beyond $800 without any of the bonuses. Smoky Mountain is selling the rifle, 5 PMags, and a range bag for less than that, plus free shipping.

    PPU 5.56 M193 1000 rounds 55-grain fmj – $274.50

Image Provided by Natchez Shooters Supplies

    What the deal is:

Prvi Partizan is a rock-solid ammunition manufacturer, mostly known for putting out obsolete and hard to find cartridges. That said, their standard offerings shouldn’t be overlooked. PPU’s 55-grain FMJ 5.56 runs at an average of 3,240 FPS. Their full load data can be found here for the ballistics nerds (Nathaniel F) among us.

    Why it’s a good deal:

All told it comes out to $0.27 per round before shipping. Which is an okay deal. Not smoking hot. That said, it’s a good price on M193 from a company with a solid reputation. If you’re looking to get a lot of ammo for a good price, this is for you.

    Trijicon RM06 RMR Type 1 Reticle – $365

Image Provided by AR15 Safe Space

    What the deal is:

Once again not a whole lot to say about this that isn’t covered in the title. It’s a Trijicon RMR for pistols. Specifically, it’s the RM06, which comes with an adjustable 3.25 MOA dot. RMRs are the new hotness, and anything with Trijicon on it is going to be a reliable product.

    Why it’s a good deal:

AR15 Safe Space is selling these for just under $100 below market. The “street price” of the RM06 runs between $450 and $600, but you can usually find them for between $450 and $500.

    Interstate Arms Hawk Model 982 12-Gauge Pump – $180

    Image Provided by RKGuns

    What the deal is:

The Hawk 982 is a shotgun. It will go boom when you squeeze the trigger, and it will feed a shell into the chamber when you rack the slide. It’s not going to have a match-grade trigger or a polished feed ramp. However, if you’re looking for something inexpensive and ruggedly reliable? This is it. It holds 5 rounds of 12-gauge, has a cross-bolt safety, and this particular model has ghost ring sights.

    Why it’s a good deal:

RKGuns is selling the Hawk for about 10% off retail. Not a smoking hot deal like those HK VP9s from a few weeks ago, but not a bad deal by any means. If you want a cheaper option or don’t like ghost rings, CDNN Sports is selling the railed bead-sight model for $140.
