Taurus Introduces New 856 Concealed Hammer Models

Building on the line of custom colours recently unveiled for the 856UL compact revolvers, Taurus have now announced the introduction of the same custom colours to their 856 Concealed Hammer Models.

Here’s what Taurus had to say about the introduction of the new revolvers options:

New Line-Up Boasts Carry-Friendly Spurless Hammer and Available Custom Colors

In response to enthusiastic consumer reception and high demand for the recent Taurus 856 compact revolver, Taurus has expanded the 856 line by introducing a concealed hammer version of this versatile handgun. Designed for discrete everyday carry or home defense, the new Taurus 856 Concealed Hammer sets new standards in the personal defense handgun category.

The new 856 Concealed Hammer model not only delivers an easy wear, low-print profile, it also provides an element of customization with its several available finishes, including matte black, matte stainless, and an expanded range of optional anodized coatings, such as Azure (blue), Rouge (red), Bronze, and Burnt Orange. Customers can also choose between matte black carbon steel or matte stainless-steel cylinders.

In addition to the exciting color models, the 856 Concealed Hammer is also offered with a carbon steel frame paired with a matte black cylinder or a stainless-steel frame and matte stainless-steel cylinder.

Featuring a double-action-only firing system, the 856 Concealed Hammer comes with a soft, ergonomic rubber grip to minimize felt recoil and to promote fast target reacquisition. Chambered in .38 Special, +P, the 856 Concealed Hammer is built with a lightweight aluminum, carbon steel, or stainless-steel frame and a 2-inch barrel that combines with a six-round capacity cylinder for maximum personal defense capability in a diminutive, easy-to-operate platform.

The 856 Concealed Hammer is currently shipping to dealers across the country, so customers can now see the exquisite handling and refined features of this new benchmark in personal carry handguns first-hand.
