New bipod from Thunder Beast Arms Corp.

I’m a bipod person (not bipolar!) and I’m always open minded to new bipods and shooting support solutions. They are a great help if used correctly!

Having written that, I still think a good rifle shooter should be able to hit A to C zone – shooting standing without support from 100+ yards, and without wasting the best part of the bullets in your magazine. Two rounds should be enough.

There are a lot of bipods around, but I have yet to find the perfect solution. I probably own more than ten bipods, some of which I have re-designed myself to fit my needs. There are many bipods that do a few things well, but not so good in other areas and vice versa.

Thunder Beast Arms Corporation seems to have had the same idea, and have been working on their own product since 2017. They have combined the ideas from each of their “favorite” bipods, optimized them for actual field usage models, added a few new innovations and good ideas, and then tested the hell out of it for over a year.

The result? Well, look and read here. They will be accepting TBAC BIPOD orders starting at SHOT. The first units should be available in approximately March.
