Marlin has introduced a NEW version of their staple Model 336 lever-action rifle with a B-Grade Curly Maple stock and Fiddle Back figuring. This new rifle is not surprisingly chambered in the stalwart .30-30 Winchester cartridge. This rifle was announced back at the NASGW (National Sporting Good Wholesalers) Show in October and it is finally shipping to retailers and distributors for sale. This new Curly Maple iteration of the 336 is specifically available in the 336C, or carbine model.

The Marlin 336 Curly Maple retains a lot of the features and components that you would come to expect from a Marlin lever-action. The biggest change is the appearance with the striking new stock offering. A short overview of the specs for this rifle can be read below as presented by Marlin:

This rifle has an opening MSRP of $899. As previously mentioned, this 336C is simply outfitted with a new style stock for those who might appreciate the different aesthetic.
