This rifle punches in at an MSRP of $1,190 which is a pretty fair asking price considering this will likely be a gift to a hard-working friend, or a personal, sentimental rifle to someone who is involved in rodeos. Henry Repeating Arms goes on to further outline all of the little intricacies and nuances that went into building this particular model:

The American Rodeo Tribute Edition rifle is built on the award-winning Golden Boy platform featuring a strikingly engraved nickel plated receiver cover with 24K gold plated highlights. The right side features an image of a cowboy roping a calf while his lasso continues from one panel to the other. In the background of the right-rear panel, a crowd of cowboys is gathered at the fence to cheer on their buddy.

On the left side, the words “Rodeo Tribute” are prominent, with some leafy-vine scroll engraved in the upper-left and lower-right corners. A brave cowboy is wrangling a steer, and he just about has the animal on the ground. Both figures are 24K gold plated, as is the panel’s border.

The rifle’s American Walnut stock has some bull-riding action on it, with a cowboy trying to get to that eight-second mark on a bucking bull. The forend wood has the words “Cowboy Up,” with leafy-vine scroll to either side, all surrounded by a connecting border.

It’s a .22 caliber work of art that celebrates the lifestyle and competition that has inspired so many onlookers for well over a century. Here’s to another.

So what do you think of this rifle? Do you appreciate all of the extra embellishments added into the stock and forearm? Or do you believe it is all a little too much? Let us know your thoughts in the Comments below! We always appreciate your feedback.
