TFB’s Matthew Moss recently covered the special M17 SIG Sauers for the Sentinels at Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. There are now more pictures to share, from the Guards themselves.
The Beretta M9 Pistols have now retired, after over 11,000 days of service.
They have been replaced by new M17 Tomb Pistols from SIG Sauer. This handgun is specially made for the Sentinels at Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
The holster is almost as shiny as the handgun itself.
The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier is a monument dedicated to U.S. service members who have died without their remains being identified. It is located in Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia, United States of America.
