BOTW: Steve's SCAR 17S

The thirteenth Installment of Build of the Week was contributed by Steve. This is Steve’s FINAL submission. Submit early and often and you too can showcase your works. Honestly I like most everything on this build–it is pretty clean and has a nice aggressive look to it (without going overboard). My only hang up is the silly Ugg boot stock.

In any case, keep the submissions coming in! We are publishing them in the order in which they were received (with the exception of a single person submitting back to back–those will get spread out).

You can submit your own build at https://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/build-of-the-week-submission/

Nice job. I’d like to use the KDG stocks I bought for my 16 and 17 but haven’t because of the rear screw canting problem. I don’t have the skill set to reinforce the receiver like you did. I wish there was someone who specialized in working on the SCAR.
