Agency Arms A.O.S. – Agency Optic System

Agency Arms is well known for their Glock modifications. They have just expanded their customization with their AOS. The Agency Optic System is a modular optic mounting system for attaching micro red dots onto Glocks.

The AOS has interchangeable plates for use with the top four micro red dots. Trijicon RMR, Shield RMS, Leupold Delta Point Pro, and the Vortex Viper. The AOS actually reminds me of the Unity Tactical ATOM. The ATOM also uses interchangeable optic plates. One aspect that the ATOM has over the AOS is they have a plate to allow the use of an Aimpoint T1 on a Glock slide. However, the AOS beats out the ATOM due to the rear sight. The ATOM repositions the rear sight forward and it is dove tailed into the slide. This positions the rear sight in front of the red dot. Agency gives you the option of choosing a plate that either has the rear sight in front or behind your optic of choice.

Why would you want a rear sight in front of your optic? The rear sight acts as a protector for your micro red dot. If you rack your slide off a hard surface, the rear sight can take the brunt of the abuse. The rear sight can also act as a brass deflector preventing brass from hitting the lens of your optic. Another added benefit to having the rear sight in front of the optic is that it does not obscure the rear of the red dot.

The AOS slide service is currently available on their website. It costs $225 for the slide cuts and $65 per adapter plate. The top cover plate is just $50. There is no charge for the black DLC coating but if you want Cerakote or Blue PVD coats, it costs more.

Go to their website to check out their new Agency Optic System.

I guess when you have Agency money, you can afford a set of sights to go with each mounting plate.

@steve smith Except they were smart enough to incorporate the sight's mounting into the adapter.
