    1. Decent rifle ( optics or irons included)
    2. Experience behind said rifle
    3. Training
    4. More experience after training
    5. Constant range time ( emphasis on time)

      @Gary Kirk I guess if you're going to play a game, might just as well have the toys to play it well.

      This been said, since many of these games are intended to mimic the work of a sniper... they ought to make some changes...

      Like, your motor vehicle needs to be parked a minimum 10 miles from the from the firing line.

      You are only allowed one trip to carry all the gears that will be needed for that day of shooting (rifle, ammo, food, water...)
