[NRA 2018] Polymer80 Now Shipping Sub-Compact Frames And AR Lowers
Polymer80, creators of the 80% Glock-style frame and 80% polymer AR-15 lower receivers, began shipping their newest addition to their 80% semi auto pistol family – the subcompact. Made to fit either a Glock 26 or 27, the polymer frame comes complete with all of the accoutrements that make the P80 receivers so easy to work with, including all necessary drill bits, jig, and more.
The subcompact 80% pistol frame started shipping in April, 2018 with an MSRP of $149.99
RL556V3 80% AR-15 Lower Receiver
The next new member of the P80 team is the RL556V3 80% AR-15 lower receiver. Black versions are available now with FDE, OD Green, and Dark Grey coming by the end of June, 2018.
The Gen 3 version has a flared and reinforced magazine well and buffer tube area, along with the extended trigger guard.Each lower comes complete with the jig and drill bits. The RL556V3 has an MSRP of $80.
Barrels and Slides and Slide Completion Kits
With so many variations of the 80% Glock-style frame available today, the natural progression was for P80 to bring their version of the rest of the handgun to market. So they did. Barrels are available in standard, fluted, or threaded and fluted.
Sources at P80 say that, within the last few months that they didn’t have access to the threaded barrel. Prices range between $165-$215, depending on the configuration and style. Comparable to a G19 or G17 in size, the MSRP on the kits is $100 for either the trigger, the magwell, or the slide parts.
P80 17L
The PF940CL comes complete with a Glock 19 grip to work with a Glock 17 slide. Essentially, the 940 CL is a double undercut, 1911 style grip with a laser stipple pattern. The 17L will begin shipping the 2nd Quarter of 2018 with an expected MSRP of $149.99.
