Chaos Apollo 12 Extended Handguards for KS-12, Cheetah-12, DDI-12, and Saiga-12 Shotguns
Chaos Inc. has introduced a new series of extended handguards for the following four shotgun models: Saiga-12, Cheetah-12, KS-12 and DDI-12. The new series of handguards is called Apollo 12. They are available either with KeyMod or M-LOK accessory mounting platforms on 3, 6 and 9 o’clock positions.
The Chaos Apollo 12 extended handguards are made of 6061 aluminum and feature a mil-spec Type III hard coat anodized finish. All the versions of Apollo 12 handguards have top Picatinny rails which start at the gas block and extended rearward to about half of the top cover. The length and height of the extended portion allow removing the dust cover and don’t change the standard disassembly procedure. The overall length of the top rail is 13″.
The top rail is also drilled and tapped for mounting Chaos H&K Style backup front and rear iron sights. There is also an option to purchase the handguards with these sights preinstalled. The weight of the handguard only is 12 oz. The versions with the mention sights installed weigh 14 oz.
The bottom portion of these handguards has a flat shape. According to the manufacturer, they borrowed that design from their Apollo rifle handguards because they have a fair amount of positive feedback from the customers. The width of that bottom portion is 1.6″.
Chaos Apollo 12 handguards are completely made in the USA. Right now, the handguards are available for pre-order on the manufacturer’s website at introductory prices of $99.95 and $199.95 for the handguard only and handguard/iron sights combo respectively. The prices are the same regardless of what shotgun model these handguards are made for. After the introductory price time ends, the prices of all the versions will increase by $60 becoming $159.95 and $259.95 for the mentioned options. According to the company officials, they will start shipping the handguards in 3-4 weeks.

Does anyone know if it fits Saiga-20?
I'd almost rather skip the iron sights and drop an open glass reflex red dot on that sumbitch, these are fast irons but a vortex razor or viper is faster still...
