There’s a “new” Tikka T3x TAC A1 around the corner. According to the (unfortunately limited) information it’s going to be everything the TAC A1 already is, apart from the Limited quantities and the BLK LBL bipod that’s integrated in the hand guard.
From the distance, it looks like any normal TAC A1, but this BLK LBL can dance and swivel for you – and the bipod is always with you. Hopefully, it can be perfectly still as well, for those precision trick shots.
I don’t know if this is going to be a Canada-only offering, or if it’s more global? To the best of my understanding (their homepage or Facebook isn’t clear on this) BLK LBL bipods are Canadian.

Balanced. Integrated. Accurate.
The BLK LBL Bipod’s innovative barrel-through design* allows the rifle to sit ‘in’ the bipod,
rather than ‘on’ it, with the center of rotation of the bipod effectively centered on the bore,
making it inherently more stable. The result is a balanced rifle without the top-heavy
tendencies that can come from large optics. The ball and socket joint provides fluid movement
for improved target acquisition and accuracy. With 40 degrees of pan and 15 degrees of cant in
each direction adjusting leg length to level your scope is a thing of the past.
Never before has there been a rifle that offers military-grade specifications and outstanding long range accuracy at this price range. With best-in-class value for every sport shooter, the new T3x TAC A1 is the ultimate tool for long range accuracy.

We are very excited about our BLK LBL Bipod prototype for the Sako TRG M10.
The design doesn’t look too complicated from the outside, but you understand that a lot of R&D and engineering went into this construction.
What do you think? I think we can all agree that the Tikka T3x is a pretty good bolt-action. Will the BLK LBL add to the value and function, or would you rather have an external bipod only?
