TACCOM has released several new accessories for the Ruger PC Carbine. Among the new TACCOM products, there are an extended charging handle and a funneled magazine well. Let’s take a brief look at each of these two accessories.
Extended Charging Handle
This TACCOM product is both longer and has a larger diameter compared to the factory Ruger charging handle. It also features machined flutes on its surface designed to increase the friction, allow a more reliable purchase on the handle and minimize the possibility of your hand slipping from the grip. The larger charging handle will also be easier to locate and manipulate.
The TACCOM extended charging handle is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and has a hard coat anodized finish. It is available in black color option only. This charging handle comes with all the necessary hardware to install it on the Ruger PC Carbine. The manufacturer notes that you can install this extended charging handle on the side that you primarily use for charging the firearm and have the factory charging handle on the opposite side as a backup/secondary option.

It works both with the Glock and Ruger SR9 magazines and as in the case of other such magazine extensions, it makes finding the magazine well and inserting a new magazine much easier and faster processes.
This magazine well extension is made of black Delrin.TACCOM claims that this material is not only strong but also slippery making it easier to guide the magazine. This accessory has an MSRP of $49.95.
