New for this year from Daniel Defense is their DDM4V7P AR-15 pistol, a pistol version of their P7 rifle. The compact DDM4V7P has a 10.3″ chrome-lined heavy phosphate coated Govt. profile barrel and an aluminum Daniel Defense MFR 9.0 M-LOK Rail. As the name suggest, the MFR 9.0 is a 9″ free float rail (actually 9.04″ rail but MFR 9.04 doesn’t sound as cool). It weights in at just 5.4oz and is large enough to use with most of the suppressors and muzzle devices on the market.

The lower is a Mil-Spec aluminum receiver with a flared magwell and rear QD swivel attachment point. The upper is also Mil-Spec and is machined out of 7075-T6 Aluminum and is Type III Hard Coat Anodized. The gas system is a carbine length with a low profile gas block. The DDM4VP7 pistol uses an ATF compliant SB Tactical SOB brace, a version with a Law Tactical GEN 3-M AR Folding Stock Adapter is also available. The DDM4V7P will weight in at 5.44 lbs with an overall length of 28 5/8″.

The new DDM4V7P will be available chambered in either 5.56 or 300 Blackout. They’ll have a starting MSRP of $1679 with the Law Tactical folding stock versions having an MSRP of $1942.
