POTD: Aim Small, Miss Small, Russian Edition

Found this in a Facebook AK group. I have seen some clever toilet advertising, usually at SHOT Show and it was an ad for Cerakote. But this is a first. I asked Hrachya for help in translating the text. We had hoped there would be some humorous text, but unfortunately it is just plain description of the reticle.
Does anyone recognize this reticle? Who makes it? I assume it is from a Russian scope but maybe it is just Cyrillic labels explaining a non-Russian reticle?
