We at TFB have extensively covered AFA LLC’s automated speedloader and the troubles they experienced on IndieGoGo previously. Well, AFA LLC is not just a one trick show. They have a pretty broad portfolio of products which now includes Bulletproof Jackets.

After receiving reassurance that IndieGoGo would not pull the rug out from underneath them, they took to IndieGoGo again in an effort to crowdfund their new jackets which are tentatively set to debut in early 2018.

At the moment they have 6 different styles of jackets for men and women to choose from in varying looks and degrees of warmth or insulation:

At the time of this writing, the Men’s Softshell coat has been the most popular with 48 units sold on their IndieGoGo crowdfunding page. You can pre-order any of the jackets you would like up until the time of their debut which is once again tentatively set for January 20th, 2018.

If you do visit their IndieGoGo page, you will see that they had an initial goal for their crowdfunding… You will also see they OBLITERATED that goal! They initially set out to raise a modest $25K to essentially start-up a brand new branch of their company. At the time of this writing, they were over $88,000 which is 355% of their initial goal. They still have roughly a month left in their crowdfunding campaign before they will officially be selling to the public.
