When it comes to concealed carry, whether you are brand new to the idea or a seasoned veteran with a desk drawer of 30 holsters, it is always good to be in the know.
Is the state I am traveling in have reciprocity where I am from? Does the state I am currently in require a permit at all?…
Can I legally open carry or does it have to be concealed? Does my state have “Shall Issue,” “May Issue” or “Constitutional Carry” permits? What do all those types even mean?…
Do I have to notify law enforcement if I am pulled over?…
Whether you are traveling for a vacation, commuting state lines for work or moving about the country for any reason, these are very common questions that may arise. Springfield Armory took the liberty of gathering a lot of data for us and summarizing it in an easy to digest infographic.
The data is current as of July 2017, but this infographic was produced for the general public and posted on the Springfield Armory blog some time in October 2017. This is a very helpful graphic on concealed carry in the United States, but even Springfield Armory suggests that the best thing to always do is reference your individual state’s laws to be sure. I found all of the data presented to be pretty interesting and helpful. Enjoy!
