AIr Rifles are a lot of fun. They are cheap, a fun plinking and hunting challenge and can be used in areas where a firearm is unsafe. The cost of ammo is so low, and the ammo so compact, they also make a worthwhile prepper/survival tool. The Stoeger Arms X20S2 has a built in noise reduction system called AFC (Airflow Control). It’s similar to a suppressor but is BATFE legal. This package from PyramydAir also includes a 4x32mm illuminated scope. NOTE: This item is on sale 30% and at least at 8am EST further discounts cannot be applied using a coupon code (despite what it says on the product webpage, but feel free to try the coupon code MONDAY20 when you checkout)
Ah, the age old question: spend money on a gun, or spend it on optics? I am firmly in the latter camp. I routinely spend more on the glass that sits on top a gun, than the gun itself. Why? Because good optics allow me to achieve the maximum potential of the rifle and are so much more pleasent to shoot using than low quality optics. The difference can be compared to watching TV on an old Standard Definition TV, verses a 1080p HDTV.
The Swarovski Z33-10x42mm has top quality European glass, a large light gathering 42mm objective lens, a practical 3-10x zoom range and generous 90mm of eye relief.
