Ruger has always been known for making limited run and special edition offerings of their staple firearm models. Whether it is a Davidson’s Exclusive, a TALO Special Run Make-Up or an original offering that Ruger produces in house, they definitely like to try different things from time to time. In line with that train of thought, they once again have a new camo pattern to get in the festive spirit of the fall and Halloween seasons. You can now buy a LCP, LCP II and SR22 coated in a Harvest Moon or Toxic camouflage pattern.

Ruger SR22 .22 Long Rifle w/ “Toxic” Camouflage Pattern

Ruger SR22 .22 Long Rifle w/ “Harvest Moon” Camouflage Pattern
The functionality of these pistols has not changed. So these are not a firearm that you would need to re-train yourself on or need to get reacquainted with. You simply are getting a very unique color finish to add to your collection.

The original Ruger LCP offers more surface area than the SR22 so you can get a better picture of what both the “Harvest Moon” and “Toxic” camouflage patterns look like.

The full names that Ruger is using for these six new pistol variations are “Reduced Moon Shine Camo Toxic” and “Reduced Moon Shine Camo Harvest Moon.” Quite a mouthful, but in essence, the new colors are “Toxic” and “Harvest Moon.”
The MSRP is $399.99 for the LCP II, $299.99 for the LCP and $479.99 for the SR22 variations.
