Ian McCollum to Collaborate with Larry Vickers on Writing the New VICKERS GUIDE

Larry Vickers of Vickers Tactical and Ian McCollum of Forgotten Weapons will team up to work on writing the new Vickers Guide: WWII Germany. Ian will be the historical advisor and commentary contributor of the project.

The announcement of this collaboration was released on Vickers Tactical Instagram page. They’ll be publishing more details of their work until the official release of the new Vickers Guide.

Even if you are new to firearms, you might’ve already seen these two guys. Both Ian and Larry are some of the highest quality video content creators, which are both entertaining and educational. They are also some of the most knowledgeable and experienced persons in the industry. That being said, I think we can expect this collaboration to result in a creation of a really great read for us – the gun community.

There is also a survey (closing October 1) launched by Larry Vickers to let the readers choose which firearm’s picture will be on the Limited Edition Print (19×13″ high-resolution color print) which will come with the limited edition version of Volume 1 of Vickers Guide: WWII Germany. There are 4 firearm images (Luger P08, Walther P38, MP-38 and Mauser K98k) to choose from. You can participate in the survey by clicking here and you can see these firearms below.
