Our VIP warranty is about you, not us. It’s about taking care of you after the sale.
VIP stands for a Very Important Promise to you, our customer. We will repair or replace your Vortex product in the event it becomes damaged or defective—at no charge to you. If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with a product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition.
You see, it doesn’t matter how it happened, whose fault it was, or where you purchased it. You can count on the VIP Warranty for all Vortex Optics riflescopes, prism scopes, red dots, rangefinders, binoculars, spotting scopes, tripods, and monoculars.

It's such a good warranty Bushnell is doing the exact same thing now.
Vortex is my go to glass company of choice. Had a Vortex StrikeFire red dot on my turkey shotgun strapped to some Kolpin gun mounts on my ATV. One rubber strap broke and as I was turning right my shotgun went sliding out to my left. It did damage my Strike Fire and shotgun. Strike Fire replaced under Vortex's VIP warranty while my shotgun got cerakoted to hide road rash and stock replaced. I sent my StrikeFire in on a Monday afternoon, got a courtesy call Wed and a new one in my mailbox Saturday. Because of their customer service I've expanded and added 3 Vipers series to my collection and saving up for a Razor HD II.
