On Day 3 of the 2016 National Rifle Association Annual Meeting, we got to see new products from Magpul, old friends from Mauser, and relics from the National Firearms Museum.
Compact Glock owners will be happy to hear that Magpul is introducing a new 12-shot capacity miniature magazine for the Glock 26 series, called the PMag 12 GL9:
The company was also introducing a new polymer stock for the Ruger 10/22 takedown at the show, which I think isn’t terribly flattering looking:
At PSA, they were showing off their new KS-47 7.62x39mm AR-15-based rifle, competing directly with the CMMG Mutant. Naturally, I had to take a peek inside the magwell to see if the PSA rifle had the correct magazine support, as the AK and Mutant do:
Mauser was also at the show, displaying there the always handsome Mauser Magnum, probably my favorite big bore rifle (and a real pleasure to shoot):
The National Rifle Association also brought to the show some of the awesome historical pieces from the National Firearms Museum, like this Girandoni Air Rifle:
Or this Smith & Wesson Police Target owned by Ed McGivern:
Or this awesome 16 gauged, called “the Devil’s Shotgun”:
Day 3 was the last day of the show, so this is the last random shots post for us (there will be a few more NRA related posts to come, however). Hope you enjoyed TFB’s coverage of the NRA Annual Meeting 2016!
