SHTF Gear recently released a new holster for the Glock 43. This IWB holster uses the fairly standard configuration of a leather backing with a Kydex holster mounted on top. Kevlar thread is used better secure the holster to the leather. The two metal belt clips can be moved up or down to raise or lower the holster to fit the user. The user can also specify leather loops for use rather than the metal clips.

A mag pouch is also available which adjust to fit just about any handgun magazine. One thing I like about the mag pouch is it mounts horizontally rather than vertically which makes concealment much easier.

Been looking for a OWB double stack mag holster that looks similar to a leatherman. I've got a SneakyPete Plan B for my Bodyguard 380 but they don't make anything like it for a full size mag

I'll stay with my tried and true Alien Gear IWB holster.
It has been a tried and true friend that has never failed me.
