7 New Changes to the TFB Ammo Feed (v0.3 Update)

We made tons of changes to the TFB Ammo Feed this past week in response to YOUR feedback.  We are actively looking at the surveys and updating the feed based on what you are telling us (and things you are asking for).

    Changes In This Version:

    1. Added ability to filter for when a listing was last updated
    2. “Number of Rounds” filter added
    3. Tons of new calibers supported, including some obscure stuff (hey, .260 Rem is obscure to me, okay)
    4. Shortcut links for popular calibers
    5. Added a link for quickly clearing the current search and starting a new one (upper right of the filter box)
    6. Shipping costs included and clearly marked for a number of vendors
    7. Users can flag listings as incorrect (expand the listing and click the red “X” in the middle)

If you haven’t yet visited the TFB Ammo Feed, please check it out and leave us some feedback on the survey!

Tom is a former Navy Corpsman that spent some time bumbling around the deserts of Iraq with a Marine Recon unit, kicking in tent flaps and harassing sheep. Prior to that he was a paramedic somewhere in DFW, also doing some Executive Protection work between shifts. Now that those exciting days are behind him, he teaches wilderness medicine and runs an on-demand medical staffing business. He hopes that his posts will help you find solid gear that will survive whatever you can throw at it–he is known (in certain circles) for his curse…ahem, ability…to find the breaking point of anything.
