Invincible Arms announced they acquired the assets of Black Forge Weapons. Black Forge was an Orlando, FL based company that made a variety of AR platform firearms. Invincible Arms states it will be moving the assets of Black Forge to their existing Ohio location.

“We are excited to bring Black Forge into our growing family of brands,” commented Israel M. (Izzy) Anzaldua, President of Invincible Arms. “We are striving for excellence in quality and reliability in the AR-15 market, along with building long lasting relationships with our customers. Our team’s objective is to provide the best service possible every day.”

Invincible Arms states that they have no plans to build any firearms under the Black Forge name, and will sell the existing Black Forge-branded inventory until exhausted. However, Invincible Arms will use the Black Forge name to sell gun parts.
