Glock Donates $25K to Scholastic Shooting Sports Foundation

    At the 2015 NRA show, Glock presented the Scholastic Shooting Sports Foundation with a check for $25,000. The money will help introduce teens and young adults to the competition shooting sports through initiatives like the Scholastic Pistols Program (SPP).

    The SPP is a team-based sport that accepts competitors from age 12 through college to compete with rimfire and centerfire pistols on steel targets.

    “The next generation of shooters are fostered through organizations like the SPP,” said Ed Fitzgerald the Special Projects Manager at Glock. “We will continue our efforts to lead the way by supporting the Scholastic Shooting Sports Foundation.”
