New for 2015 is the AR-15 Blinged Grip from Scorpion Tactical. Scorpion Tactical will show these new grips at the 2015 SHOT Show in Las Vegas.

The grips use Swarovski crystals for the bejeweled look. A variety of designs will be available from solid colors to replicas of the Texas state flag. No word yet on pricing.

The use of crystals to decorate shooting accessories is becoming more popular. In December, I wrote about a Florida company customizing ear and eye pro with colored crystals.

Scorpion Tactical will also introduce 1911 grips, hearing protection and shooting glasses in 2015. It is not known if these products will be decorated with crystals as well.
