    As we've learned from many surviving Korean War veterans, the M1 Carbine couldn't even penetrate the wrapping paper used by the ChiComs.

      @Rich Guy Why "AP" in quotes? Going purely by energy, then yes the 30 carbine has about as much energy as hot 357 loads while the Tokarev is a bit behind (energy like a lighter .357).

      Still, I would say that the Tokarev is superior due to being much more practical. I mean, are there any .357 or .30 carbine SMGs with 70 round drums or pistols with 17-20 round magazines?
