Improved HSGI Taco Pouches

Soldier Systems reported that HSGI is improving their popular TACO line of pouches.

The updates are small but appear to be quite functional.

The improvements have been made across the board so you should see them implemented in new orders. For any questions or more info go to High Speed Gear.

I have had every single mag carrier out there. Tacos are the only ones I will buy as a civilian.

Fastmags or other AR specific mags may be fine if ALL you do is AR. Chest rig punches maybe be set up for 39 round only. But Tacos... Between the pistol and rifle Tacos I run

    All AR 20-30-40 round mags
    AK steel or Magpul mags
    Aug 42 round
    AI and precision rifle mags
    Flash lights, GPS, radio, phone
I've had 3x pistol mags for teaching
    Snickers
    A waterbottle
    12ga shotgun cards
    Camera
    Small med pouch
    Dog treats
2x AR mags per pouch (careful)
    Leatherman
    Glock, PPQ, M&P mags
    Single stack mags
    Mp5 mags
5round Saiga, before realizing dumb gun
    All common calibers of suppressors
    Bear spray
    Revolver round or straight loaders
    ... I'm sure more that's I'm not thinking of

They really are the best option for actual use. Chest rigs with lots of AR punches sure do look cool, and you let know when you are going to deploy bro.

I've found my Tacos with the Raven moduloader plates to be far quicker to attach and far more useful.

Some idiot will no doubt come along to complain about the price. They are worth every penny.

@JNZ They are minimalist and simplistic too. They stay the hell out of my way and are even reliable in mud and snow.

I love being able to use AK or AR mags, depending on what I run on a particular day. 7.62 or 5.45 AK mags? meh...no difference. PMAGs or USGI ARs? same.

I still stick to my trusty LC-2 mag pouches over this.
