Strategic Armory Corps purchased McMillan Firearms.  McMillan Group International will retain McMillan Fiberglass Stocks and McMillan Merchant Solutions.  Only the firearms manufacturing division was purchased by SAC from McMillan Group.

The purchase is the second significant acquisition for SAC in 2013.  The first was the purchase of ArmaLite during the summer.  Other companies owned by SAC include AWC and Surgeon Rifles.

Kelly McMillan, owner and president of both McMillan Fiberglass Stocks and McMillan Merchant Solutions, will remain at McMillan Firearms indefinitely as a consultant.

We will try to get information on the future direction of McMillan Firearms at the SHOT Show in January.
