Viridian Reactor Tactical Light

    Viridian Reactor

The Viridian Reactor tactical light is a weapon light for subcompact pistols like the Ruger LCP.  The unit uses the company’s Radiance technology to give the flashlight a wide beam.

Finding a way to power this unit was likely a challenge considering the overall size of the unit.  Battery life is only rated at 30 minutes for constant on and 50 minutes for strobe.  To get 30 minutes of constant run time, the light output is less than the strobe output:  100 lumens vs. 140 lumens.

The unit ships with a pocket holster.  When drawn, the light automatically illuminates.

The Reactor is currently shipping for the Ruger LCP and models for the LC9 and Smith & Wesson M&P Shield will ship later this year.  MSRP is $119.
