[SHOT 2020] Vape Pen or Suppressed Lifecard?

A firearm that can look like a phone or a vape

Methinks someone at Trailblazer Firearms reads TFB.  Our own Nicholas C. Custom made a LifeCard .22 with threaded barrel in 2017, and this year it will be a factory option.  The new 1/2×28 threaded LifeCard stood out at Trailblazer’s booth.  When fitted with a short silencer, the suppressed LifeCard now looks less cellphone and more vape pen.  MSRP will be $339, and they should be out on shelfs sometime in the 1st quarter of 2020.  No word yet on if Nicholas C will be getting royalties (just joking).

Also seen at LifeCard’s booth were the .22 Magnum version, as well as a few different coatings and art schemes.  A handsome reptile that doesn’t like to be stepped on graced one of said LifeCards.  No word on if the gold LifeCard gets you a higher credit rating, or comes with your own butler and private island.

Lastly, for those of you who might be hesitant to try firing this firearm without much of a sighting system, there was a LifeCard with a 3D printed mount that accommodated an AimPoint ACRO.  When fitted with the ACRO, the LifeCard looks like some sort of laser level or an instrument tuner, anything but a firearm.

It’s encouraging to see incrementally new changes to this unique firearm.  Hopefully things like more calibers will be available, too in the future.  What say you, readers?  Is the suppressed LifeCard more concealable in plain sight looking like a vape device?  Instead of a silencer, should they be fitted with a flash hider or brake?  Any way you slice it, firearms with both reduced visual and audio signature are a pretty neat thing.
