Springfield Armory has pulled away the curtain on another firearm before heading off to the NRA Annual Meeting last week. This NEW offering of a SAINT AR-15 Pistol is chambered in .300 Blackout and is suppressor ready.

The 1st iteration of the SAINT AR-15 Pistol featured a blast diverter that was guarded underneath the handguard which unfortunately would not allow the user to suppress the firearm. This model now has a slightly longer barrel and an exposed flash hider.

Springfield Armory elaborated as to what lead them to bring their staple SAINT AR-15 Pistol to market in the highly-versatile .300 Blackout cartridge:

With the success of Springfield Armory’s SAINT™ AR-15 Pistol in 5.56, more people than ever are requesting variations to the original version.  The newest iteration in .300 BLK harnesses the power of this combat-proven round for increased capability and versatility in a compact platform.

A lot of the components sourced for this rifle’s build come direct from Springfield Armory as their own proprietary parts. In fact, all of the SAINT firearms, both pistols and rifles, utilize a lot of in-house manufacturing by Springfield Armory.

The specification list for the SAINT AR-15 Pistol in .300 Blackout is very similar to the original model in 5.56 NATO with a few key changes.
