Christensen Arms Introduces Left Handed Versions of Mesa and Ridgeline Rifles

Christensen Arms Introduces Left Handed Versions of Mesa and Ridgeline Rifles (1)

Christensen Arms has published a press release where they announced that they are now offering left-handed versions of Mesa and Ridgeline bolt action rifles. Other than the left side bolt handle, safety selector and ejection port, the rifles are otherwise identical to their standard counterparts.

The company’s press release quotes Jason Christensen, the president of Christensen Arms, who said:

As one of our most requested products, we now offer two of our most popular rifles to fulfill the wants and needs of our left-handed customers.

Christensen Arms left-handed Mesa rifle has a featherweight contoured free floated stainless steel barrel with a removable seamless muzzle brake mounted on the 1/2×28 threaded muzzle. The rifle also features a carbon fiber composite stock. The left-handed versions of both Mesa and Ridgeline rifles are currently available in short action calibers only. Particularly, Mesa is available in 6.5mm Creedmoor, .308 Winchester and 7mm-08 Remington caliber options. The short action version of Mesa rifles weighs 6.5 lbs. The left-handed Mesa rifle has an MSRP of $1,545.

Christensen Arms left-handed Ridgeline rifle is a more expensive one featuring the famous Christensen Arms carbon fiber wrapped barrels. The rifle also has a spiral-fluted bolt, scalloped bolt knob, and a carbon fiber composite stock. The caliber options for left-handed Ridgeline rifle are .243 Winchester, 6.5mm Creedmoor, .308 Winchester, and 7mm-08 Remington. Ridgeline rifles chambered in short action calibers weigh 6.3 lbs. The MSRP for this rifle is $2,245. Presumably, other action lengths and caliber options for the left-handed rifles will be available later.

Interesting to note that left-handed versions of both rifles cost $250 more than their right-handed counterparts.

Just like all other firearms of this manufacturer, these rifles are also made in the USA and covered by a limited lifetime warranty. The manufacturer also guarantees sub-MOA accuracy for both rifles.
