ZEV Technologies has unveiled a new compensator for Glock pistols. Specifically designed for the Glock 19, the new ZEV PRO Compensator can be mounted on any Glock with a 1/2 x 28 threaded barrel.

ZEV Tech explains that the Pro Compensator will ‘generally cycle with standard 9mm ammunition without any modification to the guide rod or recoil spring.” The PRO is ZEV Tech’s first foray into compensators but its a perfect fit for their line of custom pistol parts for competitive shooters.

ZEV shared some photos of the new compensator mounted on a Z17 Spartan over on their facebook page:

Here’s a closer look at the compensator:

In the header image, the PRO is shown mounted on a Glock with ZEV’s Z17 Spartan slide and a custom ZEV frame. ZEV are keen to point out that “due to its compact design when installed on a G19 with a ZEV threaded barrel, it has the same overall length as a G34 slide and is compatible with most G34 Holsters.”

ZEV unveiled the Pro Compensator at SHOT, alongside a number of other products including the Glock PRO trigger. The drop-in PRO trigger features a wider redesigned trigger pad and safety and is being offered alongside the new PRO Connector which reduces travel. As we reported ZEV also teamed up with Ed Brown to create the ZEV 1911. The ZEV 1911 has an edgier, more aggressive aesthetic with a dimpled suppressor-ready threaded barrel, a heavily ported slide, and a Trijicon RMR sight.

The MSRP for the PRO Compensator is $99 and is available now, as are the new custom trigger and connector parts, from ZEV Technologies website.
